New this year! Maritime Gloucester is hosting a show this weekend. They have selected four paintings of mine: Red Rizla; Red, White and Blue; The Annie B at Rest; and Gannet Gold. The Annie B and Gannet are both rowing gigs that are kept at the Maritime Gloucester docks. I love painting the rowing gigs and have done several over the years in both watercolor and oil. My very first "boat with reflections" watercolor was of Gannet. This is now in a private collection. I will also have Gloucester-themed notecards of these paintings and others, for sale. The Opening Reception for artists and the public will be Friday Dec. 7 from 5-8 pm. The show continues Saturday 10-3.
